Conference Highlights -- Instruments of Employment: Orchestrating Change
More than 135 people attended the Pre-Conference Workshop on December 9th  Michelle Winner
Michelle Winner from San Jose California, presented a full day workshop. Michelle, an internationally recognized speech language pathologist, specializes in the treatment of students and adults with social cognitive deficits. Michelle was very well received and offered lots of practical social thinking strategies and treatment options.
 Geri Jewell
The main two day conference opened with the inspiration and humor of Geri Jewell, known to millions as “Cousin Geri” on the Facts of Life TV show. Geri broke important ground as the first person with a disability to become a regular performer on a nationally televised show.
